Our Admissions
LIFE Prep is a free Kindergarten through 6th grade elementary charter school, with a Pre-K program. Admissions are based on open seats in each classroom. If a grade level is full your child will be put on the waiting list, and our admissions team will communicate with you when a spot opens for your child/ren.
Step 1
Fill out the LIFE Prep Interest Application. LIFE Prep School will contact you if a spot is open for your child/ren. Once contacted by LIFE Prep, you may move on to step 2.

WELCOME TO LIFE PREP!
Once application is filled out please send your form to the following address: lori.steider@lifeprepschool.org
Step 3
We shall process your admission and update you with a start date upon collection of all documentation.
Open Enrollment- 1st Monday of January
Open Enrollment Closes- 3rd Thursday of January
Lottery- January 24th, 2022
The registration packet must include the following items before sending your application in

Early Childhood screening for all Kindergarten & Pre-K Students

Immunizations MUST be up to date

Birth Certificate
If these items are not sent in along with the packet this will delay your start date at LIFE Prep School.
